Anteo Group started as an employee owned company in 2002 after more than a decade of success in the technology staffing industry in the U.S. and Europe. At that time, while most staff augmentation companies were cutting back their internal staff and smaller companies in the industry were struggling to stay in business, Anteo Group was born with a deep belief that there was an opportunity to offer a unique solution to clients in need of top technical talent. Our belief for success is a combination of having deep relationships with clients and consultants, and having an internal staff who are technically savvy and involved in the technology community.

In the spirit of a garage start-up, Anteo Group started with humble beginnings in the back of a house in Atlanta, GA.  A very successful start enabled the company to move to a funky art deco style office space in Atlanta’s re-emerging Midtown corridor by mid-2002. In three years, Anteo Group would grow from an ambitious start-up into a successful and well-respected specialty recruiting and consulting firm.

In 2003, a second office opened in Central London England and is currently located near the Barbican tube stop just down from St. Paul’s Cathedral. The US/UK partnership  is an important part of Anteo Group’s success.

In 2004, Anteo Group was named as one of the top 20 best places to work by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and has subsequently been named to this list every year since with the honor of being named the #1 company in 2006. Our culture is the foundation where great recruiters are created and nurtured, resulting in a loyal client base.

Additionally in 2004, Anteo Group formally started TeamAnteo, an ongoing community involvement campaign. Anteo Group’s primary cause is Kate’s Club, a non-profit organization that empowers children and teens facing life after the death of a parent or sibling.  We were recently honored to be awarded their prestigious corporate champion award.   For more on TeamAnteo, pictures and information on upcoming events, please  see our Facebook page.

As a result of continued success, in 2005, the Atlanta office of Anteo Group relocated down the street to Promenade II next to the High Museum, a symbol of the company’s transition from a boutique start-up to Fortune 5000 consulting firm.   In 2011, further expansion will occur with more room and upgraded  facilities.

In early 2011, Anteo Group opened our Executive Search Division, Anteo Executive Search (AES) to meet the growing demand from our clients.

Although we have reached over $25 million in annual revenue, the team maintains the distinct culture of a close-knit, hard-working start-up, proud of its accomplishments and grateful for its community of employees, clients and consultants.
